   Welcome to PrintSafe ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully.
2. Definitions and Key Terms
   
   • User: Refers to anyone who accesses or uses our services.
   • Services: Refers to the software and related services provided by PrintSafe for uploading and printing files.
   • Files: Refers to any documents or images uploaded by the user for printing.
   • Print Shop: Refers to the business that receives and prints the files uploaded by the user.
   • Buffer: A temporary storage area where files are held before being permanently deleted.
   • Dashboard: The user interface provided to print shops to manage and view incoming print jobs.
3. General Terms
   
   • Acceptance: By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
   • Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
   • Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.
4. Licensing
   
   • Limited License: PrintSafe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for the purpose of uploading and printing files.
   • Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property used in our services are the property of PrintSafe or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Restrictions
   Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
   • Use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
   • Upload any files that infringe on the rights of others, contain harmful code, or violate any laws.
   • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, servers, or networks.
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
6. File Upload and Printing
   
   • File Handling: Files uploaded for printing are securely stored and accessible only to the print shop. The print shop can only print the files and cannot download or screenshot them.
   • File Deletion: Files are moved to a buffer shortly after printing and are permanently deleted after a short retention period.
   • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the files you upload are accurate and meet your requirements.
7. Pricing and Payment
   
   • Pricing: The price for printing services will be displayed on our website once you select the type and format of the print. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.
   • Payment: Currently, no payment is processed through PrintSafe. Payments are handled directly between you and the print shop.
   • Typographical Errors: In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the service listed at the incorrect price.
8. No Warranties
   PrintSafe provides its services "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
   • Your use or inability to use our services;
   • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any information stored therein;
   • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintSafe and its founders from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
11. Disclaimer
    The information provided by PrintSafe is for general informational purposes only. All information on our site and services is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on our site or services.
12. Miscellaneous
    
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintSafe regarding the use of our services.
    • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
